before 4pm pacific time to let you know if we are not able to ship it
out on the same day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are
treated as orders placed before 12pm pacific time on the
following business day.
We professionally package all
shipments. All shipments include online or toll-free package
tracking or delivery confirmation. We insure all packages
against shipment loss or damage.
Returns and Exchanges:
We do our best to make sure that you're happy
with the items you receive. If a qualified item does not fit we
will exchange it for a new item or give you a cash refund. Items
must be returned in new and re-sellable condition
within 15 days from their date of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will
apply on all returned merchandise. Due to the nature of the
following items we do not accept returns or
exchanges on: speed controllers, chain sold by the link, or special order items.
How do I return an item?

send you a Merchandise Return Form through the mail.
Step 2: Package items for return:
Package items securely and seal in a cardboard box. Heavy and
fragile items should be shipped back in a new cardboard box with
adequate padding and void filler.Step 3: Ship package:
Mail the package to the address below. Please be sure to insure
your package for we cannot take responsibility for packages that
do not make it back to our warehouse.

Step 4: Check your e-mail:
We will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has
been processed and the proper account is credited or the
replacement items have been shipped. You should expect your
credit card account to credited within 10-14 business days after
we have received your return.
How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to exchange an item is to place another order at
www.electricscooterparts.com or 1-800-908-8082 for the goods you really want and
then send the
original goods back as a return (see instructions for returns
above). Items may also be exchanged by using a Merchandise
Return Form and including it with the items that are being
exchanged.
What if I receive a mis-shipment?
At
ElectricScooterParts.com we are committed to delivering the
right products to our customers. We employ several quality
checks before a package leaves our warehouse. If you have received
an item in error or in the wrong quantity, please contact us
immediately. We will be more than happy to assist
you with a replacement. Our number,

Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the
merchandise.
For an exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning
the merchandise and reshipping the merchandise. If you would
like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional
items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items
and shipping charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we
will credit your credit card or send a refund check for the
price difference. However, if we’ve made a mistake and sent you
incorrect merchandise,
please notify us immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost
of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for
the shipping costs of the replacement merchandise.
Warranties:
We pass on to our customers all warranties made by the
products manufacturer,
who has sole responsibility for performing such warranties. When
a manufacturers warranty is provided, its terms and conditions will be stated in the products description. The manufacturer
shall be solely responsible for any damage to person or property
arising from the design, manufacture, testing, or use of its products, and we accept no
liability for such damages. We make no warranty as to products
distributed by us, expressed, or implied, including without
limitation any warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. We shall not be liable for indirect or
consequential damages. Manufacturers
warranty does not extend to incorrect installation or to consumer misuse
or neglect of products.
Sales Tax: Orders shipped to California are subject to 8% state sales tax.
