 UPS Express Shipments: Orders placed on
weekdays before 12pm noon Pacific Time with UPS® 3-Day,
UPS®
2nd-day™, and UPS®
Overnight™
shipping options will ship out on the same business day if
possible. If same day express order shipping is not possible
then we will contact you before 5pm Pacific Time to let
you know. Express shipment orders placed on weekends and holidays are treated as
orders placed before 12pm noon Pacific Time on the following
business day.
Returns and Exchanges:
ElectricScooterParts.com will process returns and issue
refunds for items that were purchased in the last 30
calendar days. Items must be returned with their
original packaging and be in new and re-sellable
condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all
returned merchandise. Speed controllers are sealed inside of clear plastic bags
and are not returnable once the bag has been opened. We do not accept returns on chain
sold by the link or special order belt sizes.
How do I return an
item?
Step 1: Fill out a Merchandise

this form and include it in the package with your
return.
Option 1:
We will accept your
original receipt, a photocopy of your original receipt,
or an old fashioned hand-written return which includes
your name and order number. If you do not know your
order number please call us during our business hours at
1-800-908-8082 so we may look it up for you.
Step 2: Package items for return:
Package items securely and seal in a cardboard
box. Heavy and fragile items should be shipped back in a
new cardboard box with adequate padding and void filler.
Step 3: Ship package:
Mail
the package to the address below. Please be sure to
securely package and insure your shipment for we cannot
take responsibility for parts that are damaged in
transit or packages that do not make it back to our
warehouse.

Step 4: Check your e-mail:
We will send you an
e-mail to notify you that your return has been
processed. You should expect your credit card account to
credited within 10-14 business days after we have
received your return.
How do I
exchange an item?
To exchange
an item simply place another order for the parts that
you really need and then send the original parts back as
a return (see instructions for returns above). Once we
receive your return we will issue a refund credit to
your credit card. The credit should appear within 10-14
days after we receive your return. Exchanges of equal or
greater value are eligible for a restocking fee waiver.

restocking fee waiver on your return if you have already
exchanged it for another item.
What if I receive damaged goods or a
mis-shipment?
At ElectricScooterParts.com we are committed to
delivering the right products and quantities to our
customers. We employ several quality and quantity checks
before an order leaves our warehouse. If you have
received a damaged or defective item, or an incorrect
number of items, please contact one of our customer
service representatives. We will be more than happy to
assist you with a replacement, or a credit (if

Who pays for return shipping?
Since we
offer so many low priced parts for sale we simply can
not afford to pay for return shipping like other
websites do that only sell higher priced items like
shoes. For a return, you are responsible for the cost of
returning the merchandise. However, if we’ve made a
mistake and sent you incorrect merchandise, or you
received damaged merchandise, please notify us
immediately. We will reimburse you for the cost of
returning the package back to us, and we will not charge
you for the shipping costs of the replacement
merchandise.
Warranty
Policy: We pass on to our customers all warranties
made by the product's manufacturer, who has sole
responsibility for performing such warranties. When a
manufacturer's warranty is provided, it's terms and
conditions will be stated in the product's title or
description. The manufacturer shall be solely
responsible for any damage to person or property arising
from the design, manufacture, and distribution of it's
products, and we accept no liability for such damages.
We make no warranty as to products distributed by us,
expressed, or implied, including without limitation any
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a
particular purpose. We shall not be liable for indirect
or consequential damages. Warranties are valid within
the continental USA only. Warranties do not extend to
incorrect installation or to consumer misuse or neglect
of products.
Sales
Tax: Orders shipped to California are subject to 9%
state sales tax.
Credit
Card Security: We know that our customers are
concerned about their credit card security. For all
online and in store transactions we use hardwired,
firewalled, and virus-protected computers and networks
with 128-bit secure layer socket encryption for all data
transfers. We have a heavily secured warehouse, and we
update our usernames and passwords regularly. We really
