Pull Brake Switch with Spring
Brake switch with included spring for electric; scooters, bikes, and go-karts.
Switch is normally open and closes when the plunger is pulled. The spring is designed to go between the
plunger
and any part of the braking system which will pull on the spring when the brake
is engaged. The spring takes up any over-pull that the braking system exerts
on the switch to prevent pulling too hard on the brake switch's plunger.
Threaded shaft mounts into a 12mm hole.
Mounting nut push-locks into a 14mm hole in panels up to 2mm thick.
Wires are 300mm (12") long.
Switch is 62mm long not including the pull rod.
Pull rod is 7.5mm long and has a 1.5mm ID spring hole.
Spring is 160mm (6") long and made from zinc-plated spring steel.
