Maximum Current   35 Amps
Rated Power Loss   ≤ 5 Watts
Under Voltage Shutoff   22 Volts ± 0.5 Volt
Recommended Fuse/Circuit Breaker Size   40 Amp
Dimensions   5-5/8" x 4" x 1-7/8"
Thick Wire Length   5"
Thin Wire Length   8"

Works with Both 48 and 60 Volt Battery Packs: Dual Voltage speed controller can be used with either 48 Volt or 60 Volt battery packs.

Under Voltage Shutoff:  This controller's under Voltage shutoff value is 22 Volts ± 0.5 Volt. This shutoff value is too low for under Voltage protection of 48 and 60 Volt battery packs so using a Voltmeter to monitor the battery pack Voltage is recommended.

Requires Heavy-Duty Switch or Contactor: This controller requires and external switch or contactor to turn it on and off. A heavy-duty disconnect switch such as item # SWT-700 or SWT-705 or power contactor such as item # RLY-48150 or RLY-60150 is needed to turn this controller on and off.

12 Gauge Stranded Copper Wire

Required Connection
**Throttle Connector
White = 1-4 Volts Input Signal

Black = Negative

Red = +5 Volts Output

Mating Connector Item # CNX-52

Required Connection

*The battery pack should be the last connection made.
*Fuse or circuit breaker protection and power switch or power relay are required between the speed controller and the battery pack.
*Power switch/relay and fuse/circuit breaker connects to the red wire between the speed controller and battery pack.
**Compatible with standard throttles. Output from controller to throttle is +10 Volts when the throttle is disconnected from the controller and +5 Volts when the throttle is connected to the controller.
