The key switch or power switch is in the on position.
The fuse or circuit breaker has been checked or reset.
The scooter has been pushed to walking speed before engaging
throttle.
The brake lever switch has been disconnected from the speed controller.

Remove the footplate from the
scooter to access the
batteries and wiring harness and visually inspect every connector to
make sure it is attached. Pull and push on each connector and
individual wire inside of the connectors to make sure that all
connections are properly seated and attached. Visually inspect the
wires for any signs of overheated or worn off plastic insulation.
