Return Policy: Items must be returned in new and re-sellable condition within 15 days from their date of delivery. A 20% restocking fee will apply on all returned merchandise. Due to the nature of the following items we do not accept returns or exchanges on: speed controllers, chain sold by the link, and special order items.

A returning merchandise authorization (RMA) number is not required.
To return an item follow the simple directions below and we’ll take care of the rest.

  1. Package items carefully. Heavy and fragile items should be shipped back in a new cardboard box with adequate padding and void filler.
  2. Include this Merchandise Return Form with a copy of your receipt.
  3. Send your package via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL.
